Blessing Closet Volunteer:
One of the most important jobs in this ministry–our blessing closet volunteers sort, launder, make outfits, figure out how to open and close that pack and play, and in general have a really good time, all under the direction and care of our beloved Blessing Closet Coordinater Extrodinare, Jackie Connelly.
Client Advocate:
These specially trained volunteers work directly with clients both in the blessing closet, in parenting classes, and may be present in the ultrasound room, and during options counseling.
Prayer Partner:
Every second Monday of the month, a small group of prayer warriors meets at Haven of Hope to lift up the needs of this place, as well as the needs of each other and the community in which we live. If you’d like to join them, please call 716-434-0251 to learn more.
Community Volunteer:
If your church or youth group, or yourself individually would like to volunteer for a project (think weeding, painting, making baby baskets, etc.) please contact us at 716-434-0251 to discuss upcoming opportunities.
Fatherhood Champion:
Haven of hope currently offers two fatherhood programs and are always in need of men who want to walk alongside these new fathers through these programs.
